The community is easily accessible from the major highways and has access to both Wyandanch train station, Deer Park Train station (Baywood) or Babylon Train Station.  Both Wyandanch and Deer Park train stations are on the Ronkonkoma line.  There are strip malls scattered throughout Deer Park but Tanger Outlets serve as the main retail area attracting patrons from both Nassau and Suffolk counties.

The communities  easy access to highways, public transportation, parks, beaches, spray parks, and it’s larger parcels of properties combined with relatively low property taxes continues to attract home buyers to the area. for more info about the Babylon Area: https://www.townofbabylon.com
