What about the people you ask.   North Babylon attracts the best of the best from all over.  Residents have pride in homeownership that is unmatched.  People take great care of their homes, yards, gardens.  The residents are generally warm, generous, community minded and involved.  Parents are active in their children’s education as well as extracurricular activities…and yes… parents and children are very competitive in both areas.  Parents usually show up early for events.  If you get there at the scheduled time, do not expect to get prime parking spots…those were taken at least 1/2 hour before.  However, the residents are generally pleasant, inclusive and caring.
